3. Hosting and Content Delivery (Cloudflare)
This website is hosted via Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare provides: Pages (hosting), CDN (delivery), DNS, DDoS protection, and WAF.
On each request, Cloudflare processes: IP address, date/time, URL, HTTP status, data volume, browser type (user agent), and referrer URL.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A DPA pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded. Cloudflare participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
4. Cloudflare Web Analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics – a privacy-friendly analytics tool with no cookies and no cross-site tracking.
Only aggregated, non-personal data is collected: page views, referrers, browser type (aggregated), country level.
Since no cookies or local storage are used, no consent is required under § 25(1) TTDSG. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Contact via Email
When you contact me by email, your data (name, email, message) is stored to process your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (or lit. b if contract-related). Data is deleted once no longer needed.
6. Cookies and Consent Management
This website itself only sets technically necessary cookies. On first visit, a cookie notice allows you to consent to or decline non-essential cookies (e.g. for advertising on project pages).
